Do you know when we have to introduce ourselves to our classmates in the first day of school? We totally get ashamed, then in the rush we just say anything, but after a while we keep thinking of what we could have said instead? If you feel like this, nice to meet you 🙂

My name is Isabele Carvalho Ragnini and I’m 20 years old. As an ordinary young adult, I’m going through my ‘20th year crysis’ – which basically means ‘I don’t know what to do or who I want to be, except I HAVE TO leave my parents’ house immediately’. If you also feel like this – HI-5 bro/sis/other!

I’m 1,57m tall (we use the metric system in Brazil 🙂 ), or 5’2, and as most of tiny girls, I’m a little (heh heh) short (heh heh)-fused. This is partly because of where I took the inspiration for this blog/personal page/website/’whatever you want to call it’s name from: – you guessed it – my Italian heritage!

I live in one of the coldest cities in Brazil (no, I’m not being crazy as we DO have cold down here) – Curitiba. I’m a bookaholic, geek and pluviophile. My heart is split between Italian and Asian cultures and I really like exotic things (cause, baby, I was born this way – Gaga feelings).

I’ve been playing the keyboard and the piano since I was 8, and I don’t have a single favorite musical style. A few years ago, the one and only thing I could think of doing was listening to rock music. Nowadays, however, if I could put every band/artist/musician I like in the blender and mix them together, it would be simply perfect 😉

I hope you like me and my blog,

Isa/Bele 🙂
